As a licensed attorney in Arizona, South Carolina, and Ohio with over 75,000 real estate closings under my belt, I know the intricacies of the mortgage industry.  I am also very fluent in just what it takes to stay in compliance with the rules and regulations of Arizona.  When you retain my services I will provide you with a detailed Arizona Compliance Guidebook to allow you to stay in compliance in the state. Services

As your “Responsible Individual” I will provide your company with the following services:

1. I will act as your company’s “responsible individual” as defined by Arizona statute.
 

2. I will provide your required Arizona “principal place of business” (brick and mortar office) if needed. 

3. I will serve as your “Statutory Agent” with the Arizona Corporations Commission so there is no need to pay a Statutory Agent company for this service.
 

4. I will assist with your Arizona Corporations Commission and/or Secretary of State filings by reviewing them for accuracy and completeness upon request.
 

5. I will assist with your initial and subsequent audits at no additional charge. 

6.  I will provide guidance as to proper compliance proceedures.
